Frequently, dealers in Flint, Saginaw or Bay City will advertise incredible prices, payments or offers which may sound too good to be true. In a completely transparent way, your Mike Young consultant will be glad to explain how to accomplish the advertised offer and how to make the deal work best for you. This guarantee works two ways:

1. Buy a new Buick or GMC from Mike Young Buick GMC. If you find a lower price on the identical vehicle (same MRSP) within 72 hours of purchase, using the same manufacturer’s incentives, Mike Young will either match the price or pay you $1000.00. The lower price must be presented to a Sales Manager at Mike Young Buick GMC on the selling dealer’s official Buyer's Order listing the same customer as the buyer. Order must be signed by the dealer. Mike Young Buick GMC reserves the right to purchase the competing dealer's vehicle for the same price. Lower price is before any dealer fee, sales tax, out of area or regional discount packages, using same factory rebates and incentives used by Mike Young Buick GMC. Guarantee is based upon straight sale without trade. Vehicles which were at any point used for demo, loaner or special event service are excluded.
2. Bring Mike Young Buick GMC a price on any new Buick or GMC from any other dealer and we will sell you the same vehicle (same MSRP) from dealer stock only for less or give you $1000.00. Sale price must be presented to a Sales Manager at Mike Young Buick GMC on selling dealer's official Buyer's Order with the same customer as the buyer. Order must be signed by the dealer. Mike Young Buick GMC reserves the right to purchase the competing dealer's vehicle for the same price. Even if you cannot find a Like-Used-Car to compare to our in-stock Pre-Owned vehicles, our Price Match Guarantee was put into place to assure all of our clients that we price our Pre-Owned Vehicles accurately to the market in real-time, and that All of our Clients get a GREAT Deal!

Qualifications:

• A Like-Used-Car is defined as a Pre-Owned Vehicle of the SAME Make, Model, Year, and Equipment Level.
• Equipment Level must be as similar as possible to our In-Stock Pre-Owned Vehicle; i.e. Engines, Transmissions, Drive Trains, Wheel Packages, Trim Packages, et al must all be identical. The Like-Used-Car CAN have More equipment/options than our Pre-Owned Vehicle, but CANNOT have Less equipment/options.
• The Like-Used-Car CAN have Less Miles on its Odometer than our Pre-Owned Vehicle, but CANNOT have More Miles. • The Like-Used-Car MUST have a Clean AutoCheck Report; i.e. No Accidents, No Branded Title, No Buyback, No Repo, etc.
• The Like-Used-Car Must be listed for sale by an OEM Franchised Dealer through a Nationally Recognized Online Listing; including any OEM Franchised Dealer Website, or any Nationally Recognized Used Car Retail Listing Website with OEM Franchised Dealer Used car Listings such as Cars.com, AutoTrader.com
• Like-Used-Car Vehicle Listing must be 'live/active' online at time of review.
• Mike Young Buick GMC Used Car Manager or General Manager must Review Like-Used-Car Listing prior to price-match approval.

Exclusions:

• Matched Prices Do NOT include Certified Warranty fees, state tax, motor vehicle fees, or any other applicable fees.
• Pre-Owned Vehicle Price Match Guarantee for OEM Franchise-Dealer-Listed Vehicles ONLY; not applicable to Non-OEM Franchised Dealer Listings, 'Private Sale' vehicle listings, Wholesale Listings, Rental Company Retail Listings, 'Public Wholesale' vehicle listings, et al.
