I brought in our Chevy Uplander for service. it would be nice that before they entered the vechile that a protective mat was placed on the floor and something to go around the steering wheel(additional coverings for anything inside auto). This would show that you care about the customers automobile and prevent having to clean the auto because of grease.

I receive emails when my vehicle is due...

I receive emails when my vehicle is due for a oil change. I also receive coupons as well for diffrent services that I may need. Mike Young Buick has always done a good job with my vehicle for the last few years that they have serviced my vehicle. They let me know what is going wrong and will need repairs soon. They update me on my oil change and are a good group of people to deal with. I trust them with my Vehicle. Thank you very much, Sue Ellen Bone.

DAN HAD TOLD ME WHEN I WAS IN FOR MY OIL...

Dan had told me when i was in for my oil change the last time that this time would be time for my 50,000 mile factory scheduled maintenance. So it was time for my oil change, filter and lube and i had him do the maintenance. I come to mike young for my service because i have my extended warranty and feel that things can be found and taken care of before my warranty expires. Also, i have complete trust in dan, as i did with josh when he was in the service dept. They both are very nice guys. I feel that the employees you have working in the garage are good mechanics and i really have never had to bring my car back because they have forgottten to do something. Kathy schuster

I had my 2012 Seirra in for scheduled service.I called ahead and made an appointment with Christina...she was friendly knowledgeable and courteous.The work was done and I had a great expeience at the dealership thanks in large part to the way Christins did her job..You have many good employees at your dealership and they are what makes it nice to do business with you and keeps me coming back.

Mike Buckley at Mike Young's in...

Mike Buckley at Mike Young's in Frankenmuth had made us aware of a few items that were not severe at this time but that we should consider looking at having the items taken care of and that is very helpful to us as we are not mechanically inclined so we called back and Mike set us up to have these items taken care of and he also made sure that the parts were in stock and the time frame of the service would be completed to fit our busy schedule.
