I notified the dealership stating they could get me an oil change. Upon my arrival, they stated it would be 45 minutes wait time.After an hour and 50 minutes I contacted them to find out why my truck was still sitting in the same spot upon my arrival. I found other vehicles cut in front of me getting oil changes out of order and was wondering why. After finding out how long I would be there I told him I had to leave and they stated they would schedule me for Wednesday and pick up my truck for oil change. They also stated that I would get a free jug of DEF fluid for my services. After the oil change was completed I found that I did not get my DEF fluid jug. So I contacted the dealership to notify them that I didn’t get my DEF fluid jug. The dealership stated that the service department said that they topped off by DEF fluid, which was only down one mark upon my arrival. After checking the DEF fluid on my truck I found that they did not fill my DEF fluid up. So I notified the dealership about the issue with no response so far.

Just before completion of service, your service came into your waiting room stating that my 2019 Terrain has an Oil Leak. This attendant wanted to charge me an extra $100.00 to wipe and Oil Leak and add a liquid to my engine oil. This service after returning home was done on an Earlier Service. Being done while under warranty. My answer while at Dealership, let me review my previous records... Just moments before driving off the Dealership Property the Service Representee, showed me (while using his smart phone attached light the area in question. No fresh oil was visible, and you could not reach this area with his smart phone let alone a cleaning rag...My mine goes back to my youth and what service people do to People. If you have further questions...Just watch the Movie "Used Cars"...This will bring my feelings FORWARD!

I still do not have my truck back, my name is not Gary, it is Garrett. I brought my truck to you at the end of March for a head gasket repair, first the original quoted price went up by about $400 dollars as "$3300 was just the labor" apparently the original figure did not include any of the parts to do the job. My first loaner truck popped a CEL before 1k miles, my second one I had to put a windshield in due to stone chips. Last week it sounded like my truck would be done soon, then upon one of the first test runs apparently a timing chain tensioner that you replaced was "faulty" causing my truck to jump timing and blow up again. I have a vacation coming up this Memorial day weekend that I will either have to cancel or go rent a truck because even though I have a truck, it's almost been in the shop for 2 months now, and apparently I can't tow with your demo loaner trucks. I took my Envision there after an accident in which they had to deal with mainly cosmetic issues only, I was told. I also took it there, because I lease my cars from them and have for years. The good first - they gave me a loaner which made me feel like the “Little Old Lady from Pasadena.” However, the communication with the person I was assigned to was not up to my standards I was told it would be ready by one date. That changed because I was told someone was sick and couldn’t work on the car. I had to keep calling my assigned person for updates. Finally, I told them I needed my car done by Easter, I had to drive out of town. They surely didn’t want me to take that Envision ST out of town. I was told it would be ready the next day and that a person would call me that night to verify. I received no call that night, and I had to call them Saturday morning to see if I could pick up my car. I took my car back today because the front camera wasn’t working properly. It needs to be replaced. This should have been detected (and maybe it was) before my car was released to me! It is a leased car. I need it to be right. I love Mike Young’s and have leased cars there for years. My contact person in the body shop, I am not so sure.

I bought the car over a year ago. All of a sudden I am having fuel line concerns that the dealer states are contributing to me over filling the tank - topping off the tank. I have owned at least 60+ GM vehicles and always topped off the tank. Anyway, at the first fix I found out that for this Buick you cannot do it that at the time the gas pump handle clicks off - that is it. That is what my wife and I did - first click your done. Last week the engine soon light came on again and was the same concern. The dealer implied like I was lying and overfilled the vehicle again. We did not. I stated to the service rep that it had to be with the vehicle and not us that somehow the tube fills. She did not answer that but informed me that that concern would not be covered under our warranty. I asked what happens if that is a part that is malfunctioning and is the car. No answer. I was so upset I left. I called Buick.com to get some help. The dealer needs to take my car and you drive it and filled to the first click to see if it is the car and not us. The first time it occurred was April 21, 2025 and the second was June 19, 2025. So, that would mean if I DO NOT overfill my vehicle and fill it to 3/4 full and it happens again, I would be responsible to get the vehicle fixed and have to pay for it when the vehicle gas tank would be filled to 3/4 full. I feel it is a defect in the fuel system - especially to why would GM design a car that way? The owners manual states one could do up to 3 clicks but may run into this concern. So, since April 21 WE have NOT gone further than the one click. Could our HEAT expand the cold fuel in the line and fill it? Could it be that when I fill the tank and go home which mostly I do, the gas expands and fills the overflow from the heat? I think GM engineers need who designed this fuel system need to be aware of my concern.

Thank you for asking. So I'm at 88k miles. I came in for my monthly oil change and tire rotation and, yes, monthly. I drive a lot. Twenty four hours later, I get a "service transmission" warning alert on my dash , along with the orange indicator light that there's now vehicle trouble. So I ask myself, at 88k miles, should someone be recommending a diagnostics check or something of that sort. The other thought I've had is I'm a regular monthly customer. Why aren't I assigned the same service advisor when I come in. I have seen 3 or 4 different advisors since purchasing my car ... like the other ones have since quit. No one seems to be proactively (not upselling) advising me what I should be checking for at 88k miles. I do too much driving to be broken down somewhere. I actually had to ask my advisor what work I should have done at 88k miles on my last visit. Should a service ADVISOR be recommending that to me? Other than that I truly appreciate that you have someone who can drive me to work and pick me up, or that you have car loaners rentals. I have no family near by, so I greatly appreciate it. We took both of our vehicles GMC Terrain and GMC Sierra. Everything with the Terrain went well. As for the Sierra the service technician left a big grease mark on the outside of the window from resting his arm. This is the second time this has happened. My husband was not pleased at all. Went in and spoke with the service manager and showed him. My husband’s truck is always clean as it just came off the showroom floor. We have been loyal customers of Mike Young for over 20yrs. They need to take more responsibility and treat customers vehicles as if they were just off the lot no matter what type of vehicle it is. We were both very disappointed that our vehicle was treated with such disregard.

Saturday morning I unfortunately drove over a sheet metal screw. Once I got home I tried to setup an appointment online and I was successful however the only time available was 1130 am on Saturday. I called at 0810 I was asked when I wanted to come in I stated ASAP. The first option was 0845, I said I would love that time. I got to the service dept. they were very professional headed to the lounge. Of course I tracked the movement of Sasquatch and your team repaired the tire quickly. It was sad that the truck only had 4216 miles on it. While waiting in the lounge I was greeted by a gentleman that I believe is in Sales watering the plants. Erik came in and I was surprised he remembered me. We had a nice conversation. McDonalds is just 5 miles from my house however I am very happy that I purchased our truck from Mike Young. Thank you for getting my tire repaired. Will be back for oil change and tire rotation in another 3300 miles

We started by using your body shop, we didn’t look over the vehicle very well upon its return to us due to the abs light being on, it was sent to your service department for repairs that took over a month to get back. Once we finally got our car back that we only had driven for 4000 miles there was no way we wanted to return it for the issues we found. There are holes on the sun roof molding, holes left in the right side mirror molding. Paint over spray all over the dash and inside of the vehicle. Scratches on the right rear back. It was returned extremely dirty. The new windshield you installed has chips in it. Just a complete disappointment all around.

Mike in Service department was very friendly and professional; it was a great pleasure dealing with him both over the phone and in person. Great experience with him. Also, Charity in Service was always smiling, friendly and asked if I was being helped and things were going well. Vehicle was repaired in timely manner and high-quality work was completed. However, one downside was that when it was time to leave, I was told that what was supposed to be a courtesy repair (originally discussed over the phone) now had a charge that I was to pay. I wasn't previously told it would cost me a fee. I feel like the cashier and service department maybe aren't on the same page and that it wasn't transparent on what the repair would or would not cost. When pressing why there was a charge, the cashier was rigid and seemed opposed to solving this problem and was eager to just rush the transaction to take my money.

I made an appointment for 8 o’clock, when I arrived there was a bunch of cars lined up already. The service guy said we’ll have to make sure appointments get in first. Well there is no way that happened 3 and a half hours for an oil change and new tires. I would’ve just showed up an hour early and got in line like everyone that didn’t have an appointment if I knew you guys don’t honor appointments.

Took it in because of a warning light and ticking sound. Was told I needed new tires. Was charged an inflated amount for them. Technicians neglected to begin work on my car until I’d been there 6 hours. They nearly lost my keys when I was going to be driven home. In total they had my car for 9 hours for something which should have taken 3-4 hours at absolute most.

Overall the service was pretty good. Friendly and knowledgeable service agent, clean facilities, excellent communication. I was disappointed with the amount of time required for a scheduled appointment. Arriving 5 minutes before the appointment, I asked the agent how long it would take. In response, she counted the number of vehicles in front of me and said about an hour and a half. I was disappointed that a scheduled oil, lube, tire rotation would take this long. Fortunately, it was just under an hour.

Experience was sub par. People are great but I recently had work done to the transmission and not even sure if they did what was needed but try and pro long the issue instead of full complete fix. My transmission is still jumping RPMs it has to be a torque converter issue. They instead did a fluid change an filter and a valve body. Now they will have to do again for torque converter to fix properly and I purchased a extended warranty. Or I will just sue them for damages an lemon laws.

Went in for an oil change, but they were backed up. The service attendant suggested that I make an appointment for 90 minutes later. I did that, ran a few more errands, and returned 90 minutes later. Appointment had to be rescheduled due to a technical error. I was told I would need to wait there all day if I wanted to keep the appointment. When I came back, I still had to wait close to 3 hours for a very expensive quote and then was told I needed to wait longer before I could check out due to the tech being busy with someone else. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and dealing with severe back pain so sitting and waiting was really not a positive experience. The service advisor was super apologetic to everyone else about their wait but had no issue telling me I needed to wait longer and was not very friendly. My first visit to Mike young was so great I decided I’d always come back, but after these back to back negative experiences I will likely be going somewhere else.

Oil change takes 3 hours, that's with a appointment. Every single time I've had an oil change within 1 day car stops running, service engine light comes on when shut off. Starts back up in about 30 minutes. I then have it scanned and the same 2 sensors are at fault. That's an amazing coincidence. I have to then undu the battery for a half hour. Happens every time.
