Mike in Service department was very friendly and professional; it was a great pleasure dealing with him both over the phone and in person. Great experience with him. Also, Charity in Service was always smiling, friendly and asked if I was being helped and things were going well. Vehicle was repaired in timely manner and high-quality work was completed. However, one downside was that when it was time to leave, I was told that what was supposed to be a courtesy repair (originally discussed over the phone) now had a charge that I was to pay. I wasn't previously told it would cost me a fee. I feel like the cashier and service department maybe aren't on the same page and that it wasn't transparent on what the repair would or would not cost. When pressing why there was a charge, the cashier was rigid and seemed opposed to solving this problem and was eager to just rush the transaction to take my money.

Your dealership is the best!. I needed some warranty work done. I had an oil gasket leak, and the oil pan was leaking. You provided a "rental" a brand new 2026 GMC Acadia which was really awesome!! Pretty sweet ride!! It was fun to drive !!!

Being the last appointment of the day, especially the day before the organized car show is something I'll try not to do again. The service technician didn't apply the next oil change due sticker, consequently I had to return to the dealership and retrieve it myself the next day.

Zeke sold us our Acadia lease in 2023, so it only made sense to go back to him for our next lease. He got us into a 2025 Buick Enclave and he was great to work with as usual.

Overall the service was pretty good. Friendly and knowledgeable service agent, clean facilities, excellent communication. I was disappointed with the amount of time required for a scheduled appointment. Arriving 5 minutes before the appointment, I asked the agent how long it would take. In response, she counted the number of vehicles in front of me and said about an hour and a half. I was disappointed that a scheduled oil, lube, tire rotation would take this long. Fortunately, it was just under an hour.

They done a great job. It didn’t take long to change my oil & rotate the tires.

I made an appointment for 8 o’clock, when I arrived there was a bunch of cars lined up already. The service guy said we’ll have to make sure appointments get in first. Well there is no way that happened 3 and a half hours for an oil change and new tires. I would’ve just showed up an hour early and got in line like everyone that didn’t have an appointment if I knew you guys don’t honor appointments.

We trust Mike Young for all our preventive maintenance on our Chevy vehicles.

Your service technician awesome. She was very kind and understanding. She also gave an estimated time to complete the concern and the vehicle was done sooner. I had to miss part of the cooking show because it was completed sooner!! Just kidding. I wish I could have given the other concerns but they are all intermittant so you would be wasting your time to fix or repair.

Experience was sub par. People are great but I recently had work done to the transmission and not even sure if they did what was needed but try and pro long the issue instead of full complete fix. My transmission is still jumping RPMs it has to be a torque converter issue. They instead did a fluid change an filter and a valve body. Now they will have to do again for torque converter to fix properly and I purchased a extended warranty. Or I will just sue them for damages an lemon laws.

I was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes to replace my tire sensor but instead took 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Oil change and tire rotation took over an hour. Longer than normal. Surprised at the price, too. Otherwise, I was treated courteously, and appreciate the convenience of the dealership location.

Took it in because of a warning light and ticking sound. Was told I needed new tires. Was charged an inflated amount for them. Technicians neglected to begin work on my car until I’d been there 6 hours. They nearly lost my keys when I was going to be driven home. In total they had my car for 9 hours for something which should have taken 3-4 hours at absolute most.

Oil change takes 3 hours, that's with a appointment. Every single time I've had an oil change within 1 day car stops running, service engine light comes on when shut off. Starts back up in about 30 minutes. I then have it scanned and the same 2 sensors are at fault. That's an amazing coincidence. I have to then undu the battery for a half hour. Happens every time.

I was given excellent care by Mike Piper in purchasing my car. He explained everything I needed to know to begin my experiences with my new car. Mike has sold me the last couple of cars & he has always gone above & beyond the help to getting adjusted. Mike Young Dealership is lucky to have him.

Appointment had to be rescheduled due to a technical error. I was told I would need to wait there all day if I wanted to keep the appointment. When I came back, I still had to wait close to 3 hours for a very expensive quote and then was told I needed to wait longer before I could check out due to the tech being busy with someone else. I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and dealing with severe back pain so sitting and waiting was really not a positive experience. The service advisor was super apologetic to everyone else about their wait but had no issue telling me I needed to wait longer and was not very friendly. My first visit to Mike young was so great I decided I’d always come back, but after these back to back negative experiences I will likely be going somewhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about the service received at this dealership. After attempting to do business with my local GMC dealer, I was less than impressed and decided I would look nationwide. Found a few trucks and just before making a move I came across one for sale at Mike Young GMC in Frankenmuth. The truck checked all the boxes I wanted and was much closer, so I reached out to them. Sam responded, and after great communication, I made the 3hr. drive to see it in person. Truck was just as described, so I proceeded with purchase...and I love the truck. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. After some time, I noticed a couple minor quirks with the truck. I once again attempted to utilize my local dealer for warranty work, as they are only 1 mile from my house (Mike Young GMC is close to 200 miles away). Again received terrible service from local dealer...so I reached out to Mike Young Frankenmuth. Immediately, they addressed my concerns with sincerity and dispatched a team to collect my truck from over 3 hrs. away! Left me with a fantastic loaner, and kept my truck for a little over a week in order to attempt proper diagnosis. Problems were resolved and they once again sent a team to deliver my truck and collect the loaner. Throughout the entire process, Mike Young GMC staff were top-notch...from Sam in sales, the finance team (can't remember names), to service after-the-fact with Tyler...everyone was fantastic to work with. Their eagerness to earn my business, honesty, transparency & integrity were apparent. So much so, that going forward, this is the only place I will buy and service a vehicle from again. Those qualities are worth the drive, especially on such a big purchase.

My only complaint is that I was originally charged for a tire rotation even though I bought the tires from Mike Young and therefore rotations should be free of charge. If I hadn't asked for the itemized charges, I would have paid more than I should have.

This was not my first service visit but it was not very good My truck was in for the recall for the motor failure ..was informed the motor passed the test Was told they were going to change the oil and filter…that is all that I was told, nothing else! Never got informed about the oil specification needed, or any printed instructions (found a paper about the oil requirements in my glove box later) The oil life was not reset The filter life was not reset They stated they did a 26 point inspection..if that is true than why was my washer fluid still empty??…I’m wondering if the oil even got changed as stated because resetting is basically part of the oil change procedure !!! After 40 years of purchasing vehicles from Mike Young and having them serviced there..I am very disappointed After forty years of buying my vehicles from Mike Young I’m very disappointed

I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I received during my recent visit. When scheduling my appointment, as I always do, I asked about the expected duration because I needed to be at work by 4:30 PM. I am consistently told the service will take approximately one hour. Upon arrival, no one approached my vehicle to assist me, so I went inside. At the counter, I was not acknowledged in a timely manner—one employee remained focused on his computer without greeting me, another appeared occupied without offering assistance, and a third walked away without addressing me. After my vehicle was eventually taken in for service, I waited 48 minutes before returning to the counter to request an update, again explaining that I needed to leave for work. The employee assisting me appeared unable to access the system and walked away without explanation, which extended my wait even further. When he returned, there was still no communication or acknowledgment regarding the status of my vehicle. To make matters worse, the delay caused me to arrive late to work, and I was reprimanded for being tardy. This added unnecessary stress and could have been avoided with better communication and time management. This experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, the worst service I have received. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism, communication, and respect. Instead, I left feeling disregarded and disrespected. I am also concerned that I may have been treated unfairly during this visit. I have been a loyal customer since purchasing my vehicle from your company in 2021. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my trust, and I do not plan to return for future services. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

The oil life meter wasn’t reset and the fuel filter life meter wasn’t reset. The air wasn’t completely bleed from the fuel filter because when it started it cranked over for Longer than normal before starting.

Mike was a true professional, explaining everything to us and helping to get the best deal on a Yukon for us. Quick process to complete the sale even on a Saturday.

I called to get a quote on new tires for my Buick Enclave installed on my car. I was given a price of $1215.60 over the phone and an appointment time. I showed up waited in the waiting room well over an hour before I was told there was another problem with my car that would cost $450 to repair. Then the person came back and said he forgot to add another $130 to the $450 cost. I decided not to have that done on that visit. Then my bill for the tires installed was $26.37 more than quoted. The guy said, "well he probably forgot to add...." A quote should be a quote and honored.

The clerk at the counter was not very pleasant to speak with. She was arguing with another customer on the phone while I was waiting for my turn. Maybe her anger carried over to my vehicle. We do not plan to have service done again here.

I had my vehicle detailed and the interior was less than satisfactory. There was a sticky substance on the console, areas that were not vacuumed, streaks in several places, fingerprints on the windshield, the back/side of the passenger seat was still dirty with mud, and other areas that were not cleaned thoroughly. We live on a dirt road and when they brought it back, my husband passed them and he said they were driving faster than one should on a dirt road if they just had the exterior of their car cleaned. I contacted Erica and sent her pictures and she is having me bring it back in on Friday to have them fix it. Whoever the person was that cleaned it definitely did not check it over before sending it back to me or was in too much of a hurry. The things that I found were very obvious. I’m very disappointed in the quality of service.

If you’re asking about the experience and I say it was excellent and then you say that I have to tell you about my experience that seems a little redundant. Don’t you think!!

I have at least from the dealership and I was charged for a repair for my transmission fluid wires tubing due to the fact that I was explained there was some damage caused by some sort of rodent. I felt that should been taking care of by the dealership under the warranty and I was charged $206. Purely it was speculation on what caused it and in the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Key fob battery has been replaced 4 times and three weeks later it is dead again. Still under warranty and could not be replaced. Why?

Went there for routine oil change let the service department know about a low tire. They said that it was okay couldn't find anything in tire but had to come back the following day to fix it. What a waste of my time should have completed this the first time.

Went in for an oil change, but they were backed up. The service attendant suggested that I make an appointment for 90 minutes later. I did that, ran a few more errands, and returned 90 minutes later. The service was taken care of in a timely fashion, and I was on my way in a little less than an hour.

I'm very disappointed that the tire sensors are only warranted for two years for the amount you have to pay for each tire. That almost the price a new set of tires.

My experience with the dealership itself is great. However the truck I purchased has been in 3x since owning it about 2 months. I am concerned that once the carbravo warranty is up I'll have a lot of other expenses for this truck. I would feel better with it if the warranty lasted longer.

Well, I have 8 different service advisors in 4 years. I get conflicting information everytime I go for service. 2 service visits ago I was told that I had an oil pan leak that would be covered by warranty and an issue with the toe links. My last service visit, they confirmed I had an oil pan leak and the cost was 900 dollars to fix and my toe links were fine. They said my last service advisor gave me wrong information. My service advisor told me I could use a coupon for my service as it was valid the day I came in. But when I picked my car up the billing clerk refused to let me use as it was 1 day expired. The last 4 years my expericence with the Mike Young service department has been horriible. I will never step foot in there again and will discuourage everyone I know not to go. It is sad, as my salesperson was awesome, Zeke Brickel and I am in the market for a new car but will not buy there due to their incompetent servcie deaprtment.

They went above and beyond when my 2025 Enclave broke down and needed repair. They made sure I had a loaner, brought it to me and repaired the car timely. Can’t say enough good things about the quality of service here.

Took it in on a Monday to have oil change, grease job, and tires rotated, and find the reason for a new noise. Dropped it off at 5:30 AM that morning as I was headed out of town. Got a call later that day that I would have to pay $100.00 to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a bracket on the muffler had broken. Could not be fixed because you don’t have anyone on staff that can weld😕. Get home on Thursday night and no car it had not been delivered as agreed because Gary said my card had a problem . I had used it several times that week with no problem. No phone call so had to wait until you opened on Friday morning. Card went through no problem but the kid that delivered it had the dirtiest shoes no paper mat but I went in on Saturday and a nice young gal by the name of Makayla took it out and cleaned it somewhat . I have been a customer for 50 years and will take my business to Muffler Man. Dave in there had it fixed in less then 30 minutes with no diagnostic fee, no appointment just there to help a person with a problem! ,
